1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Quyoom Exchange ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quyoom Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Quyoom Exchange platform and services.

2. Platform Description

Quyoom Exchange is a peer-to-peer (P2P) cryptocurrency exchange platform that facilitates the trading of Indian Rupees (INR) and Tether (USDT) through a dual escrow system.

Our platform provides:

• Secure escrow services for both cryptocurrency and fiat currency
• Automated verification and release mechanisms
• P2P trading facilitation between verified users
• Real-time transaction monitoring and support

3. User Eligibility

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
• Complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Trading Rules and Escrow System

Our dual escrow system operates under the following principles:

• Both parties must deposit agreed amounts before trade execution
• Funds are held in secure escrow wallets until verification is complete
• Automatic release occurs only after both deposits are confirmed
• Failed trades result in automatic refund to original depositors
• All trades are subject to our verification and compliance procedures

6. Fees and Charges

Quyoom Exchange charges a transaction fee of 0.5% per completed trade. This fee is:

• Applied only to successfully completed transactions
• Automatically deducted from the transaction amount
• Non-refundable once a trade is completed
• Subject to change with 30 days prior notice

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Attempting to manipulate market prices or trading volumes
• Using automated trading bots without prior authorization
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions

8. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and unpredictable
• You may lose some or all of your invested funds
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose
• Market conditions can change rapidly and without notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quyoom Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately, and any pending transactions will be processed according to our standard procedures.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
